I took ages to buy these shoes as I was put off by the price. I relented in the end and am so glad I did. They are comfortable, help my posture and have been an excellent work out for me to get rid of the extra baby weight after having my children. Take the advice given in the leaflet though and don't wear them for too long in the first week, or until you get used to them. You really do walk differently when wearing them and can feel the muscles working away in the back of the legs and thighs.

These shoes are amazingly comfortable, their like walking on cushions. Not noticed any toning effect yet, but hoping they will help with posture as I am recovering from spinal surgery. I am taking them on holiday so hopefully whenever we are sightseeing I'll be getting a workout too.
Also I love the fact that these are available in a ladies size 2 as not many companies sell size 2's most only start at 3's for ladies, which is a nightmare for those of us with very small feet, so well done on that one Sketchers, please make more of your range available in small ladies sizes!
I would definately recommend these they are comfortable, you do feel a burn in your legs the first few times you wear them but once you get used to them and I guess, get fitter then this goes.

Thought I'd try these after all the good reviews. Very comfy - slightly rubbing on top of foot but probably due to wearing them without socks. Really bouncy - take a bit of getting used to feels like you are wearing a cross between platforms and trainers and its very like walking in wellies without the clumpiness!
Definately feel calf muscles burn especially when going up hill. Find myself walking faster with longer stride as it feels like I'm gliding along the road. On down hill I have noticed ankles twinging as they roll in slightly so am being more cautious on downhill sections till I get used to walking on them. Overall great!

Comfortable from the day I had them and weeks on I still prefer wearing these for comfort over any other shoes I own. Having worn them with boot cut jeans so far, I can honestly say they look really stylish and not as clumpy as I was expecting.
I am a size 3 normally and this size for this shoe fitted me perfectly.
As I already run repeat miles weekly, I didnt know what to expect from the toning element of this shoe when walking, however was pleasantly suprised that I instantly felt my calfs working harder with them on.
Its too early to say if the toning feature of this shoe actually gives results but I have given a 5* rating anyway because of the comfort, style, shape, high quality and as my legs do feel they are working harder, I therefore personally believe this deserves the rating given.
